On the Range adds a scorecard to the listings you're already browsing on any major real estate listing site. Rate each home on what matters to you, and see your score right on the search results.
No spreadsheets, no tab-juggling. Your scorecard lives right where you're already looking at homes.
Start with the basics, then add your own criteria: neighborhood, price, yard, commute, anything. Give each option a value, positive, negative, or neutral.
On any listing, a panel appears below the home details. Pick an option for each criterion or jot a note. The total score updates instantly.
On the search results or favorites list, every home you've rated wears a small score badge and your note on its photo. Spot the winners without opening a single tab.
Small, fast and out of your way, until you need it.
Rate a house on one listing site and its score and notes follow it to the others. On the Range recognizes a home by its street address, so you never score the same place twice.
⚡ Compatible with any Chromium browserRename, add or remove criteria and options any time. Every home gets a total, so comparing is simple arithmetic, not gut feel.
Back up your criteria and every rating to a JSON file, or move them to another browser in seconds.
"Asked about the roof." "Loud street." Your notes show up beside the score on search results, so context never gets lost.
No subscription. No account. Just a couple of dollars when you've scored all your free homes.
A home counts once you answer a criterion or write a note on it; just viewing a page uses nothing. Clearing a home's answers frees its place, and homes you've already scored always stay editable, so your data are never taken away.
